Power plant valves are mainly used in various systems of power plants to cut off or connect the medium in the pipelines. They are suitable for the transportation of water, steam, ash slurry, dry powder, etc., in systems such as desulfurization and ash removal. Compared to other valve products, power plant valves are characterized by high temperature and high pressure, with a unique self-sealing design that becomes more reliable as pressure increases. Due to their performance characteristics and specific working conditions, these products have unique features that cannot be replaced by other products.
Feeding stage: After the warehouse pump is put into operation, the feeding valve opens, allowing materials to fall freely into the pump body. When the level gauge sends a full signal or reaches the set time, the feeding valve automatically closes. In this process, the level gauge serves as the main control element, while the feeding time control acts as a backup measure. The feeding valve will automatically close as soon as the material level reaches or the feeding time is up. The main products used are rotary swing valves and ceramic double gate valves.
Fluidization and pressurization stage: The pressure valve of the pump body opens, and compressed air enters from the gasification chamber at the bottom of the pump body, diffusing through the fluidized bed. As the materials are fully fluidized, the air pressure inside the pump gradually rises. The main products used are ceramic ball valves and ceramic double gate valves.
Conveying stage: When the pressure inside the pump reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor sends a signal, the blow-off valve opens, and after a delay of a few seconds, the discharge valve automatically opens. The fluidization of the materials on the fluidized bed is enhanced, and the conveying begins, with the materials inside the pump gradually decreasing. During this process, the materials on the fluidized bed remain in a state of simultaneous fluidization and conveying. The main products used are ceramic double gate valves and rotary swing valves.
Purging stage: When the material in the pump has been fully conveyed and the pressure drops to equal or near the pipeline resistance, the pressurization valve and blow-off valve close, and the discharge valve closes after a certain delay, thus completing a work cycle.
