This series of butterfly valves adopts a center vertical plate design, with the main valve consisting of an overall vulcanized rubber-sealed inner cavity valve body and a butterfly plate. It uses a handle or worm gear drive device, allowing the valve to be opened and closed by rotating the handle or worm gear 90°. Its main features include: short structural length, lightweight, rapid opening and closing, and small installation space; rubber materials are aging-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with over 8000 opening and closing cycles; bidirectional sealing, unaffected by the direction of water flow. The flow characteristics tend to be linear, with good adjustment performance; both the handle and worm gear drive can self-lock at any valve opening, meeting the functional requirements for regulating water flow. This product is mainly used in construction, food, and water supply and drainage fields, serving to cut off and regulate pipelines in piping systems.
