SSFT series pressure regulating, anti-freezing and anti-collision outdoor fire hydrant
The anti-collision pressure regulating outdoor above-ground fire hydrant adds pressure regulating components and anti-collision components based on ordinary hydrants, featuring automatic drainage of residual water in the hydrant body, anti-freezing, anti-collision, and pressure regulation functions. It is particularly suitable for various fire protection units in petroleum, chemical, grain storage, wood processing, light textile, ports, airports, and warehouse areas, and can be safely used in cold northern regions. It is a primary water supply facility for fire brigades and is the best choice for units using seawater or industrial wastewater as fire-fighting water.

Anti-freezing: The spring mechanical motion closed drainage outlet is installed below the frozen soil layer (the depth of the automatic drainage valve changes according to the depth of the frozen soil layer in different usage areas). When the fire hydrant is in the closed state, it can automatically and quickly drain the residual water in the chamber to prevent equipment from freezing. It also saves the investment in the valve well and valve position in front of ordinary fire hydrant pipelines, thus reducing investment and saving maintenance costs.
Anti-collision: The fire hydrant is structurally equipped with anti-collision components and uses a spring-sealed drainage outlet to achieve positive pressure sealing. When the fire hydrant is impacted, the valve head immediately closes under the pressure of the pipeline, ensuring that there is no leakage of water flow in the pipeline and that the normal use of other fire hydrants on the same line is not affected. When the anti-collision component breaks, the hydrant body and valve body remain undamaged. If the fire hydrant is broken, it can be repaired under pressure immediately.
Pressure regulation: The fire hydrant is structurally equipped with an automatic pressure regulating device. When the fire hydrant is opened, the automatic pressure regulating device opens in sections, adjusting the opening height of the hydrant to regulate different water flow cross-sections, achieving precise pressure regulation. When the inlet pressure is at 1.2MPa, the outlet pressure can be adjusted between 0.3MPa and 1.0MPa.
