In 2012, Guangde Group launched the valve product project, and has been deeply engaged in the valve field for ten years. It currently has a complete and independent industrial chain, integrating design, development, casting, CNC processing, assembly debugging, and testing.
The company owns more than 100 specialized CNC machine tools, processing centers, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and welding robots, equipped with coordinate measuring machines, universal material testing machines, hardness testers, low-temperature impact testing machines, MT/PT/UT non-destructive testing equipment, LNG cryogenic boxes, and more than 30 self-developed pressure testing devices for valves, as well as over 140 sets of specialized molds and fixtures.
The company has successfully joined the ITCO International Tank Container Organization and collaborates with world-renowned container manufacturers and operators.
The company has 18 personnel with engineer qualifications and has specially invited French engineers to develop tank valves. It is a drafting unit for the QCT932-2018 emergency shut-off valve standard, holds 35 relevant product patents, has been approved for a Hebei Province science and technology project, and is listed as a key R&D project in Cangzhou City.
The company has established enterprise standards in accordance with national standards and has developed process documents that directly guide production.
It implements a "5S" management system; uses tools such as CAX and ERP; establishes internal management organizations according to ISO9001 quality system requirements, conducts refined management, and achieves effective results.
Currently, it ranks among the top three in the global valve field.
