The new type of '3H axial flow + centrifugal' composite 100,000 Nm3/h air separation unit paired with the compressor set has successfully completed trial operation!

On May 16, industry experts and representatives gathered at Shaanxi Guo to witness the testing process of Shaanxi Guo's new type of 3H axial flow + centrifugal composite air separation unit with a capacity of 100,000 Nm2/h and its associated compressor set. The unit passed mechanical operation tests and pneumatic tests, with mechanical performance and thermodynamic performance verified by the Hefei General Machinery and Electrical Products Testing Institute and the National Compressor Refrigeration Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, meeting relevant international standards. The unit's various indicators exceeded design values. The successful test run of the unit marks that Shaanxi Guo's new 100,000-level air separation unit has reached the advanced level of similar international units.

Li Hong'an, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Guo Group, expressed gratitude in his speech for the support Shaanxi Guo has received from users and all sectors of society. He introduced the company's development situation with the theme 'Ten Years of Forging a New Sword, Grateful for Ever-Climbing'.
Chairman Li Hong'an stated that Shaanxi Guo continues to benchmark against world-class standards in the research and development and manufacturing of air separation compressors, boosters, steam turbines, and other equipment, with a current market share of nearly 80%. The gas operation scale has reached 1.3 million Nm/h, completing over 100 sets of air separation EPC general contracting projects, covering the full range from 20,000 Nm/h to 100,000 Nm3/h. Significant breakthroughs in technology research and development have also been achieved in large fertilizers, large chemicals, large air separation, and large wind tunnels.
Chairman Li Hong'an indicated that during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, Shaanxi Guo will aim to build a world-class intelligent green energy strong enterprise, fully committed to creating a global market system, global research and development system, global financial industry system, and global supply chain industry system. At the meeting, Zhang Limin, Executive Deputy Chief Engineer and Testing Director of Shaanxi Guo Power; Zhang Lin, Director of Chemical Business of Shaanxi Guo Group and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Qin Feng Gas Co., Ltd.; and Xie Yongkang, Executive Deputy Chief Engineer and Deputy Director of the System Solution Center of Shaanxi Guo Group, respectively introduced the development of Shaanxi Guo's new 100,000-level air separation unit, as well as the practical application effects of Shaanxi Guo's gas operation system solutions and distributed energy system solutions.
Li Jinrong, Director of Hefei General Machinery and Electrical Products Testing Institute Co., Ltd. and the National Compressor Refrigeration Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, as a representative of the authoritative professional identification institution in this field, read the testing report of the new 100,000 air separation compressor: According to GB/T3165-1999 'Thermal Performance Testing of Centrifugal and Axial Flow Blowers and Compressors', ASME PTC10-1997 standards, and the mechanical operation and thermal performance testing outline of this prototype, the on-site inspection confirmed that Shaanxi Guo's new AEZ 6+1 composite air separation compressor operates stably, with all measured performance indicators, including flow rate, pressure ratio, and efficiency, meeting design specifications.
