Zhongkong Technology collaborates with Sinopec Natural Gas Branch to comprehensively build a SCADA-based systematic intelligent engineering.

Since signing the framework contract for the SCADA system for natural gas pipelines with Sinopec Natural Gas Company at the end of 2021, as of May 2022, Zhongkong Technology has successively implemented several projects including the control center project of Sinopec Natural Gas Company, the southern trunk line project of the natural gas ring network in Shandong Province, and the gas collection station project from the Northwest Natural Gas Sales Center of Sinopec Natural Gas Company to the Lun Nan natural gas pipeline, as well as the valve room of the Liaocheng Station, Fangzi Station, Xuan Zhang Station, the rerouting project of the Zhong Ji Line in Xinxian County, and the reconstruction of the loading branch at the Ta Yu Mo Station.
Sinopec Natural Gas Company, as a specialized company directly under Sinopec responsible for natural gas business, was the first in the country to propose the creation of a SCADA hardware and software project with a self-controlled brand. This project is another major project that was implemented after the strategic cooperation agreement between Sinopec and Zhongkong Technology, marking a key step forward in the deep cooperation between the two parties and making an important contribution to the comprehensive development of the SCADA system.
Zhongkong Technology actively leverages its experience in intelligent pipeline construction, applying technologies such as industrial control, mobile communication, the Internet of Things, and operational simulation to the processes of pipeline engineering construction, production operation, maintenance, and pipeline protection, forming an integrated system of intelligent perception, self-adaptation, high automation, and optimized balance. In the autonomous and controllable transformation of old SCADA systems, it will also actively utilize its industry experience in replacing and upgrading control systems to carry out high-quality and high-level technical transformations of old pipelines in oil and gas networks, improving the inherent safety level of the pipelines.
In addition, Zhongkong Technology will assist users in achieving an overall improvement and optimization of the operational scheduling level and safety control of natural gas pipelines; enhance the self-controllable capability of pipeline operations, as well as the standardization level of control systems and communication systems; leverage modern information technology to transform traditional business management models, addressing traditional production and operational challenges such as low management efficiency and high personnel demand, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of pipeline network facilities, and comprehensively creating a systematic intelligent project based on SCADA.
